1. What's the last place you traveled to, outside your own home state/country?
I just got back from visiting my parents in CT, but that doesn't count. The last trip outside of the country would be our trip to Jamaica last November....and now we get to start planning where we will go this coming November!
2. What's the most bizarre/unusual thing that's ever happened to you while traveling?
I don't think there have been too many truly bizarre things happen while traveling. We definitely are more carefree when traveling -- smoking a lot of pot, drinking a lot, and more sexin' than we have when we are at home....my, re-reading that, i sound incredibly dull
3. If you could take off to anywhere, money and time being no object, where would you go?
I would love to see New Zealand and Australia...then again, if time and money were no object, I would just love to travel travel travel. There are a million places in the Pan-Asian region I would love to see/experience. And I'm embarrassed to say I've never been to Europe. Actually, I haven't travelled much at all when I think about it.
4. Do you prefer traveling by plane, train or car?
Each serves its own purpose....I love renting a car and disappearing for a while with D. We are perfect driving road-trip buddies, he is a great driver, and I am a perfect co-pilot with a keen sense of direction. Trains are nice because you can tune out everything around you...planes serve a practical purpose of getting you the furthest distance in the shortest amount of travel time.
5. What's the next place on your list to visit?
Mexico I think. Though I would love to visit more of the State Parks, we truly enjoy the tropical/beach thing for our yearly anniversary trips (despite my wearing spf 45, I love being at the beach if its a nice clean tropical one)
